WireGuard: expose persistent keepalive and MTU per tunnel
WireGuard support in 6.2 is great, but behind CGNAT we need a custom PersistentKeepalive (the default is too long and the tunnel drops). An MTU override per tunnel would also help with PPPoE WANs.

+1. Right now I patch the config over SSH after every provision, which defeats the point of central management.
